This is my favorite coleslaw recipe and it couldn’t be simpler. It goes great with all the BBQ essentials and perfect on top of pulled pork sandwiches.
Ingredients:
1/2 a Green Cabbage
1/2 a Red Cabbage
2 Carrots finely grated
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Celery Salt
Salt and Pepper
Method:
1. Finely slice the cabbage (a mandolin works best) and grate the carrot into a large bowl.
2. Mix the mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, onion powder, celery salt, and a good pinch of salt and pepper, in a bowl or small jug.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and mix well. Enjoy!
