My obsession with salad rolls means that I usually make this sauce once a week. I try and keep it simple and easy so this is a no fuss version of a classic asian dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup of Warm Water
1 Garlic Clove crushed
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger grated
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Juice of a Lime
1 tbsp Sambal Chili Paste (optional)
Method:
1. In a large bowl add the peanut butter, warm water and the crushed garlic. Gently mix with a whisk.
2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and the lime juice.
3. If you like a little heat add a tablespoon of sambal chilli paste to finish it off.
